- From January 1 to 11, no shipments will be made. After that date, you can place your order as normal. 

Shipping

All orders are shipped from Switzerland via Swiss Post or an equivalent international carrier.

Please note that import taxes, VAT and customs fees are not included in the product price and may apply depending on the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


Packaging

All artworks are carefully and securely packaged using protective materials and rigid cardboard boxes, especially for framed pieces.


Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged artwork

  • Photos of the packaging (inside and outside)

Please do not discard the packaging until the claim is resolved. We will work with the shipping carrier to assess compensation or a suitable solution.


Lost shipments

If a shipment does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, an investigation will be opened with the carrier.
If the package is officially declared lost, compensation will be processed according to the carrier’s insurance and the declared value.


Insurance & liability

Shipments include standard carrier insurance. Additional insurance may be applied depending on the artwork’s value.
Compensation is limited to the declared value and subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions.


Unique artworks

All artworks are one-of-a-kind, handmade pieces.
For this reason, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
In the event of damage or loss during transit, cases will be handled individually and in good faith, in accordance with the shipping carrier’s insurance and conditions.
